My Practice:

"Knowledge of the past and of the places of the earth is the ornament and food of the mind of man."
― Leonardo da Vinci

I believe that you have everything you ever thought you didn't, and you already are everything you ever thought you weren't. What you need to do is to find these things inside of yourself, and use them to your advantage.

Through my years of experience, I have found that most people I see do not believe they are as strong as they really are. I help people that come to me understand who they are - who they really are. What we don't often understand is why we see ourselves the way that we do. By understanding how you came to be, you can then understand how to exemplify who you want to be - or who you are meant to be.

Feeling a loss of control over yourself and your life is no easy journey. Seeing yourself as someone who life happens to tends to leave you feeling not only anger and resentment but often powerless and more fearful of that which you can't control. But, I believe everyone carries a unique value within themselves that is worth sharing and protecting.

What I adore about being a therapist being part of and witnessing the sought-out "AHA" moment that so many of my clients tend to have, opening up their minds to a newfound understanding of themselves, leading to a potential life they may not have otherwise known they could have.

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
― Carl Jung
